> eSchools takes at least 6 separate clicks to make a student class change (often as high as 16) plus a lot of data entry that you have to know (limited pull down menus).  When changing many students, this is very time consuming.  
Our district has not been able to work with eSchools tech support to fix an accurate graduation requirements screen.  Counselors are still doing paper evaluations (again, time consuming).  This scenario is true of some other modules as well.  However, eSchools works well with other modules.  Teachers attitudes are generally moderate... some like the grade book and data entry interface, some don't...   The 4 year pland does not work and we would like to move to student entry pre-reg, but eSchools is not equipped for that.  Our school district is currently replacing eSchools.

> **Cons**: All is good except for the unprofessional attitude of the people who are employed are quick to leave their jobs if they get a better opportunity some other place . So new people join and we have to build a good rapport with them again. But sorry to say this is a BIG BIG problem in all sectors for people like us who want the smooth functioning of their business. Nepali people lack work ethics and have no LOVE for their job.
