GoSite is an online storefront that allows service-orientated businesses to market and sell services online.

GoSite utilizes integrated payment processing to receive payments via SMS and email and generate detailed invoices to send to clients. Online appointment booking capabilities allow users to set up automatic scheduling, booking updates, confirmations, and reminders. Additional functionality includes Facebook Messenger integration, autoresponding capabilities, feedback management, review monitoring, and more.

High output, low Maintenance

The features are easy to use and when there is a problem, support staff is fast at solving the issues.

Cons

When adding pictures, it doesn't always line up good in page setting

We have been able to grow market share by taking our online reviews seriously. Also we have made it easier for customers to do business with us by implementing texting on our website. Support has been able to answer questions quickly as well.

Pros

Managing all my locations from one hub is the best part. It ensures I show up highly with good reviews and makes it easy for customers to text sales reps directly from the website. It has also improved how we address customer complaints online.

Cons

I wish they could plug directly into my main CRM, but it's not a huge headache because of the mobile app.

When I tried to call an get the issues fixed they make you leave a message and never call you back....

When I tried to call an get the issues fixed they make you leave a message and never call you back. I emailed support to cancel the account and I was again charged the next month. I had to cancel my card to stop billing. After the card was canceled I got a call from them saying the payment did not go through. I told them I canceled and they say they never got my calls or e-mails about canceling. She told me she would send me another form I needed to fill out to cancel. After she got off the phone I never got the e-mail from her with the form to fill out

Pros

I Likes the Features they offer up front. But They don't work well at all. and you don't have any support on any of the products. Overall the website is ok and loads fast.

Cons

Invoices would not send to customers. Customers that did get an invoice could not make a payment. Messages would not send from messenger. When you try to reply to a message from a customer they never get your reply.

Terrible Experience with GoSite - Avoid at All Costs

I had high hopes for GoSite based on their flashy advertisements and promises of streamlined...

I had high hopes for GoSite based on their flashy advertisements and promises of streamlined business solutions, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the get-go, their customer service was abysmal. I found myself stuck on hold for hours and received vague, unhelpful responses to my inquiries. TOOK MY MONEY EACH MONTH AND DID NOTHING TO HELP BOOST MY PRESENCE IN FACT MY ONLINE PRESENCE DROPPED DRASTICALLY

The platform itself is clunky and unintuitive. Features that are supposed to make things easier only add to the confusion. The website builder constantly crashes, and the integration with other tools is spotty at best. I wasted more time trying to fix errors than actually working on my business.

On top of that, billing issues plagued my account. I was charged for services I didn’t use, and despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the support team was unresponsive and unhelpful.

Overall, GoSite has been a huge disappointment and a drain on my time and resources. There are plenty of other tools out there that offer better functionality and customer support. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Great! I personally loved it. We had to pause/cancel this service because of changes in management (new marketing team were hired).

Pros

I liked how you were able to communicate with clients with text messaging. That feature was very important. In regard to the website, being able to edit yourself was great and you also could contact them to customize however, you need to keep in mind that you, yourself, has to manage the website because they mainly provide just the platform. In order to succeed using other functions like scheduling service or offering online booking you need to have a marketing/sales team to manage.

Cons

There were constant issues with messages. They would disappear after sending or you cound't receive any messages from clients.
