We have had very few update problems and they are very fast to help fix any issues when they do happen. For a first timer on the system it is very over whelming but they have a great help center and once you get comfortable with the basics the back end become very easy to understand. > > **Cons**: I do not have anything that I do not like about DealerVu. It is always a growing program that is evolving with time. I know when we started with the program it was not an easy transition. My only suggestion is to be patient and keep great records as I do not believe there is ever an easy transition from one program to another.
