The fact that features are only available to iOS users and no one else, even if you have a paid Pro subscription is a serious drawback. I have requested features multiple times, only to be told they're sorry, they'll recommend it to their developers - but nothing ever changes. The features are never upgraded to be available to Android or desktop users.
