I haven't faced issues with CamScanner, I am having a great experience with CamScanner for formatting and converting the files. I Suggest to try it to make your work more professional
Pros
I started using CamScanner since the lockdown period for scanning my assignments and submitting for my college work. Since then I never stopped, It made my wok easier. It is very easy to use and it's UI is so simple that anybody can access the tools. We can easily scan and convert any format and it makes the CamScanner to use by many people.
Cons
The CamScanner converts but after conversion the quality of the image sometimes change. And the watermark cannot be removed in free version. Apart from that it is a great software.

Pros
The CamScanner detects the page boundaries correctly in most cases. It also allows selecting the page boundary manually and straightening the scanned page according to the boundary. The scanned files are also processed with AI-based technology to make them appear more real.
Cons
The free version of the software has too many limitations, and it shows lots of ads. The paid version comes with a monthly premium which is costly and many users can't afford it.

This was the one app I used constantly up until Adobe Reader because it was easy to use and made things easy for me. However I never liked their imprint on the bottom of the image and it turned me off so much that I barely use it nowadays.
Pros
I really enjoyed using CamScanner for about three years up until I was introduced to Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and I have made the move to that software recently.
Cons
I don't like that the company has to leave their imprint on the bottom of the picture to show that the image was taken by CamScanner. That is the main reason I switched to Adobe Reader and I am not going back to CamScanner

Pros
When you need to scan a document and create a pdf but you don't have a scanner with you, this is the best solution. Android application of the product works well and have several kind of effects to select the document quality.

Pros
scanning and editing very easily with my cell phone, it saves me a lot of time in these scanning processes with the documents I need, it's like just taking a photo and the application does the rest perfectly
