> **Pros**: The overall look is easy to view, customisable to include company logos etc.  As admins we have full control over what is released when to students and when it is due.  Options for managing at class level as well as individually are valuable.  Integration into our SMS is realtime so helpful on all counts

> **Cons**: Notifications are not always reliable.  Sometimes too many, sometimes not at all.  Password reset function is ideal for students to access themselves BUT the delay in the email being received is often immense and a cause for frustration when training is required to occur.
