> **Pros**: Datacadabra propose différentes sections (prédire / décrire / cartographier / segmenter) qui remplissent chacun leur fonction de manière très efficace, et le travail d'analyse de modèle qui en sort est déjà prémâché par un output des indicateurs les plus intéressants (courbe ROC, AUC, variables explicatives pour prédire, définition des segments pour segmenter ...). Cela permet de se concentrer sur l'impact métier de ce que l'on a créé.

> **Cons**: Le travail de préparation de données selon un format particulier était le seul point faible que je trouvais à l'outil, mais ce problème n'existe plus désormais.
> 
> Un autre avantage de Datacadabra est la réactivité des équipes, qui, en plus d'un support technique, m'ont également offert un support marketing qui m'a permis de mettre en place des campagnes CRM aux ciblages optimisés en quelques clics, ce qui était nécessaire vu le fort rythme du plan co (3 news / semaine).

- Très bon accompagnement du support
- Vitesse de génération du modèle statistique, une fois le dataset importé

> **Cons**: Je n'ai pour le moment été confronté à aucun problème particulier avec Datacadabra.

> Nous utilisons le module Prédire afin de générer des scorings d'attrition.
Les scores obtenus sont particulièrement pertinents.

> L'utilisation principale de datacadabra est celle de la segmentation RFM, qui est le 1er pilier pour un accompagnement stratégique en marketing automation.
La découverte progressive d'autres fonctionnalités m'amène à proposer davantage ces solutions à mes différents clients notamment sur la partie Profil (module Décrire).
Globalement très satisfaite.
