Our lab mainly uses the Tox and MolDx modules which are robust and deliver exactly what our customers want. I would recommend Labgen to any and all labs looking to streamline their LIS processes.

> **Cons**: The employees don't seem to understand the software or how to install anything. Took more than 2 months to setup the LIS for 3 instruments, that was done in 2 days with another company once we left them. The customer service is a joke, and the company is seemingly lazy and incompetent.
