When I tried to send her a request to her for her individual return use the portal, it would not allow it since her email address is used for the other client, which she represents. But it did explain why the emails were failing. Providing an answer with confidence is what I needed and got. Now I can come up with a solution quickly. Thanks. > > Overall, it has been good.
