> **Pros**: The interface offers not only organization for the management team, from email, meetings amangement and secure document repository, all the way to residents of condos or private communities, where neighbium gives them the opportunity to interact and communicate with each other, including events, games, rules, and much more.
> 
> **Cons**: Neighbium also adapts to various industries, I wondered if we can manage our properties in a similar way as Air Bnb, but it seems that the process involves a complex procedure and guidelines. I see that neighbium covers what it should, and beyond.
