## Reviews

### "Owner / head coach" — 5.0/5

> **Connor** | *July 6, 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: The ease of use within the interface - it’s very simple and easy to navigate within. It’s very much an all in one platform
>
> **Cons**: I wouldn’t change anything - the updates are quick and very fast moving. They are going in the right direction
>
> Very positive, great support and user friendly experience. Never any issues on the customer side or back end

>
> **Cons**: NA
>
> We started with LegitFit in their infancy and since then they have managed to grow and evolve at a really fast rate but still keep their customer service very high.

### "PHP Gym" — 2.0/5

### "Almost Always" — 5.0/5

> **darren** | *June 15, 2026* | Health, Wellness & Fitness | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: I'm opening my own studio now in July and for the first time I feel like the systems are actually in place to support that properly. Having the right systems in place before you open makes everything else a lot easier. LegitFit has given me that foundation and a lot more confidence going into launch.
>
> **Cons**: I would say the fact the normal plan capped out at who you can and cant message. First you get the standard plan but really to use it long term for aa growing business you will eventually have to be on the premium.
>
> I've been running my kettlebell classes through LegitFit for just over 6 months now, but opening my own studio has always been the goal. The truth is, I was working off my own thoughts and instincts without really knowing anyone in the fitness industry to bounce ideas off.

Getting proper guidance on how to set everything up on LegitFit with the membership structure, pricing, cancellation policies etc just made sense when it was laid out clearly. Things I hadn't even thought about, like how to set up a founding membership or how to handle refunds without losing money on fees. It's the kind of practical advice that actually helps.

I'm opening my own studio now in July and for the first time I feel like the systems are actually in place to support that properly. Having the right systems in place before you open makes everything else a lot easier. LegitFit has given me that foundation and a lot more confidence going into launch.

> **Mark** | *September 18, 2025* | Professional Training & Coaching | Recommendation rating: 8.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Excellent customer support.
Automation of business systems essential for business progression.
Good value for money.
>
> **Cons**: Steep learning curve compared to other systems I have used.
User interface not as smooth as other systems I have used.
>
> Support team have been great to deal with. Steeper learning curve than I anticipated, attributed to in part by some bespoke requirements, but steeper compared to some other systems I have used.
