Auto weekly and monthly report to HQ.5.The most amazing is the speed of support and new features deployment. 10 times faster than our other vendors before.

> **Cons**: It is not consistent at all  every time even though you updated your software and kept features that are needed for your business and the features are gone automatically in couple of weeks time and needs to ask for support again

> It is user friendly however it is not consistent so needs to ask support or help most of the time and even the features are also changed .The product or software should be customised according to the nature of business rather than providing all same service
