Overall, we are happy with the product although we do not use it to its fullest.

Pros
Most like the payroll software. Very easy and has a lot of extra features such as ability to do certified payrolls.
Cons
Finding some of the reports is counter-intuitive. Often we really have to search from what we are looking for - and sometime there is no report. Happens for audits when we are asked to provide a few years worth of data.

Pros
Once learned it is very easy to use and helpful with reports. I especially like the billing reports.
Cons
When I need help I have to go to live chat and tell them I need to speak with a tech rep.

Affordable with some value loss

Pros
Project management is its best selling point. This is one of the only affordable software solution in a mid-range cost.
Cons
The input is antiquated and not user friendly at all. Extra key strokes are required to do just about anything. Many of the canned reports are generated by record number instead of date. There are no month to month comparative reports for balance sheet which you would expect to be easily available. Tracking of payments to vendor requires way too much effort to view invoices a check paid. Inability to create cash basis statements requires a lot of work at end of year to convert outside the system. This should be part of the basic package.

This software has each feature that we need. Payables, receivables , payroll and you can see a budget vs. actual

That you need to have it on a server, it would be nice to have it on an online platform. It feels a little archaic

Would like to be able to journal entry revenue to a job for inter-company billing purposes. Would also like to reimburse employees for job-related expenses on their paycheck and cost code the expense to a job.
