As such the system does not support anything regarding planning and scheduling of work orders. Work orders does not have different status', you cannot have different dates for when orders are planned, kitted, due etc., you cannot manage/schedule work in any smart way (yes, they have an overview, but nothing that works). It is basically a solid platform for capturing new work requests and also closing out work. But anything in between (the planning and scheduling of work) will need to be done outside the system. They need to hire some folks from the real world (not software people) that understands maintenance and then build the system out for planning and scheduling > > Average.
