> **Pros**: I like being able to chart and see charting from anywhere and considering I travel between our communities it saves me a lot of time/questioning.  It is easy to use once someone is trained.  Staff seem to pick up on it pretty quick.

> **Cons**: Communication; particularly when for example, a staff member enters in a cocnern/question about a resident; it would be great to have a way to respond directly to that in a note versus typing in a new note or observation.

> **Cons**: Took a Little time to figure out how to set up the alerts .  Locks up or freezes once in awhile, then kicks you out and you lose your current documentation.
