So there were cases where I follow the documentation and the samples were wrong. Perfect example is the questionnaire translations. The syntax on the documentation was wrong and this made me spend a lot of time troubleshooting. I later realised when sumsub support helped me out. the syntax they gave me was different than online doc. I also find the chat support not very efficient.
