Cons
The setup process will take a while and you need to read the help document to be able to make full use of all the tools provided.

This platform makes security awareness training fun and easy. I can't believe how much engagement this tool gets with employees. I also LOVE the reporting features that give me the ability to measure the effectiveness of my training.
