> **Cons**: I still to this day think that there should be a feature that allows you to choose to send an email based on the date a reservation was created. This software only allows you to choose the days out from the stay as metric to choose when to send a message.

> It just works very well over all. Its relatively easy to use. It has added capability to really grow our revenue and keep our guests engaged.
