We have used paid for software within our Purchase Department in the past but every system we implemented was met with complaints so I did not have high hopes for this "Free" one. I was wrong however and the system is extremely popular with all the staff, so much so that we are about to go for the full "Paid for Package". The free version has all the functions and controls you would expect in a professional package and it is safe to say that if you need a Purchase Order system that this package will legitimately give you everything you need. Normally free software comes with quite poor support but with software the support has been excellent both online and via email. When I have needed assistance with a feature response has generally been within a couple of hours via email (allowing for time differences). > > **Cons**: There is a bit of set up required before implementing fully and it may be necessary for some support if you are not very IT literate.
