> **Cons**: The con is that I believe that there could be more features and and the interface remain simple. Also, there seems to be a lot of glitches in the basic functionality at times (canceling subscription, reinstating subscription, expenses and revenue).

I also like that the software/website incorporates a variety of "races" in their advertisement. I see people who look like me and I appreciate that a lot.

> **Cons**: Nothing. It's perfect. I don't have any complaints about the software. I think my user error though is when someone accepted a quote, I did not get an email, but I'm sure that's a setting problem I have not enabled.

> **Pros**: I love PicSpotr's customer support team, they answer questions extremely quickly. There's so much bang for your buck\! Pretty competitive with other Client Management Software.

> **Cons**: I don't like their prefill forms for contracts and other documents. It's a little frustrating that there isn't a key for the 'fill in' portions as well as no way for clients to put their own info. They're just starting out so I know there's still a bit of growth they have to accomplish\!

> Picspotr helped me streamline my workflow which is always amazing. I don't have to spend long getting info from clients when I use this\!
