> **Pros**: A supervisor conducting performance evaluations for an employee may access the employee's prior assessment, objectives, comments, and any comments they made on them during the year through a drop-down option on the very same tab.

> **Cons**: It notifies all multi-raters whenever I email them a memo, etc. I'd want to choose who is informed or notified. I'd like to change the text, background color, and other settings on the dashboard, as well as the anniversary wishes.
