Quartile is the only agency I've used that has actually delivered. They've done everything they said they would and the results speak for themselves. Seriously, I can't think of a single thing that has not exceeded expectations, but if I have to come up with one thing, I don't recall being told that our initial account manager was only going to work with us from onboarding through the first 3 months (what they call a "probationary period"). > > I used to say that all agencies were about the same, based on my experience over the last several years. They are NOT. We were at the point of bringing our Google ads in house and doing it ourselves when I got a call from Quartile, and in the spirit of due diligence I gave them 30 minutes to show us what they have. Honestly, I was blown away. Their audit of our campaigns was spot on, and their recommendations (which were ours to use freely, if we wanted) made sense. The best part is, their fee is less than we were paying our previous agency. Their people are super smart from onboarding to account management. They have answers to hard questions (none of that "I'll look into that and get back to you"), and they explain their reasons for making changes to our campaigns in language that is easy to understand. With all of the uncertainty in today's marketplace, I'm really glad we decided to partner with Quartile.
