> **Cons**: When we would like to permanently edit a workers information (phone number or email), we end up with the same employee twice.

> Activity Messenger has allowed me and the team to stay organized by creating 3 different sections for each of the regions we are coordinating. It also simplifies the task when we are recruiting as our applicants fill out the forms according to their region and book their interviews based on the days and times we added on the calendar. Being able to communicate with the coaches and applicants through text message and email is also an aspect that was well thought out and is used often when communicating with them.
