> **Pros**: It does offer a fractionable payment method without interest
It won't affect any credit score towards traditional banking systems.

> **Cons**: It does not have a good customer support at all. There are no phone numbers or chat systems to get human prompt response to issues that might appear.

> My experience with Klarna has been good most of the time, and I find it a pretty convenient way for customers to pay. Notwithstanding, I found some  issues to get refunds.

> **Pros**: Integrates perfect with shopify, customer service there 24/7 to assist if any issues, setup was straight forwards when you have the right documents, there team work close with you on boarding.

> **Cons**: Decline rate has increased in past year but this i prob down to FCA regulations

> Love it, cant say enough good things about it, team are there to support you whether your a small business or big retailer. We have also worked with them at events which was an amazing opportunity

> klarna has made paying in installements without interest very simple and keeps all information secure.
