> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to generate documents. The site is fairly intuitive to use and is set up to do everything I need it to do.

> **Cons**: I use it to primarily to generate and sign leases. It is supposed to sync with ResMan to send leases directly into residents profiles but it only does about one third of the time. I'm not sure if there is an option for IT support other than calling the help line but an IM option would be useful to troubleshoot.

> It has been pretty positive. The site is easy to use once you know how to navigate it. Generating documents is quick and never problematic to.

> **Cons**: I understand the functionality that location access provides for facilitating productivity, but off of work hours, I find myself disabling location permissions which is tedious after every day. I would like to see a feature implemented where location tracking is automatically disabled outside of work hours.
