> **Pros**: I love the all the job adding features from being able to break down clients by individual sites and locations under a sub client. I also like the ability to pull those jobs back and add a child job to the parent job for multiple calls related to the same issue.

> **Cons**: Lack of a customer portal on my end has been a killer for me we have so many clients that want to be able to log in and pay invoices or view quotes that we have had to take our invoices and quotes to another software to provide that feature.

> My overall experience is positive however there are some features that I wish we had to avoid using other software to provide those features like customer portal and more in depth project management features.
