Saves me so much time. I rarely write checks for rewards anymore and so I have more time for other things. I'm definitely happy with Tremendous.
Pros
I like that it's affordable, easy to use, and has many options for rewards. We always use the ACH or virtual visa option when we send rewards out. I want the respondents to have as many choices as possible on how to receive their reward. I also like that the delivery is quick.
Cons
It's improved so much in the last year with things I didn't even realize could be improved on. I don't have any cons for this software at this time. It's made my job so much easier and respondents seem happy with the product.

Pros
after over two months of using tremendous i don't like anything about it
Cons
i give tremendous a zero. set up full of issues, can't use points to convert to dollars, and the cherry on the cake... unused / unredeemed rewards don't come back to you, tremendous keep unredeemed rewards for themselves. I wasted my time to code tremendous in my software.

Pros
Very easy to use and add funds onto the account when balance is low. A lot of great choices for our employees to choose their reward.
Cons
The initial set up as administrators was a little confusing but nothing we couldn't figure out.

Pros
The flexibility of different rewards campaigns and wide international reach of rewards made Tremendous the right choice for our needs. It was also extremely easy to integrate the API which was a big bonus.
Cons
For our needs, we would like to see a greater number of off-the-beaten-path retailers (not just your major Amazons and Targets), particularly from diverse-founded brands. Additionally, we would appreciate more customization capabilities and private labeling of reward redemption experience.
