Just add your recording and everything else is taken care of for you. You can run automated webinars and at the same time add interaction with live chat and Q\&A (Questions \& Answers), to simulate real live events. Hosting is done for you, so there's nothing technical you need to think about. If you have a recording, this is how you make most use of it every single day. You can run your webinar without actually having to be there. > > **Cons**: I'd like to be able to customize the look and feel of the webinar room more, but that's something I'm missing in other webinar tools as well, not just EverWebinar. Other than having the ability to customize a little more what people see, I don't have any issues with this tool. It's created by people who know webinars inside out. Interface is simple and you can get an evergreen webinar running in under 15 minutes. You can use several autoresponders to connect and add options. Great for prerecorded stuff. > > **Cons**: It's impossible to create hourly schedules for the next X days, as other providers are enabling, and which has become the norm for recorded webinars. Also, the API is too basic. Is expensive and if you want a live solution, you'll have to buy an additional membership to their other product, Webinarjam. Support is lousy and they will always be right. It's usually better to find technical solutions on the Facebook groups, that is, if the admin allows you to post the message. > > I used to love it, even recommended it. Today I see it as a basic and expensive solution. They haven't added big features for a long time, and they are lagging many other providers. Support was great, now it's a pain to talk to them, as they are never wrong.
