> **Pros**: All businesses have issues maintaining cyber hygiene on all devices no matter the size of them. With Threatware this is done easily with incredible customer service. It allows you to collate all relevant alerts across your entire estate into one dashboard whilst creating an incredible user, software and device inventory which can be seen as a replacement to the traditional asset spreadsheet.

> **Cons**: Currently there is nothing I dislike with the software. We are in early stages so there are some solutions we utilise which currently are unable to integrate with Threatware but we are working with the Threataware developers and support team to achieve this. Their support team are very prompt and personable.

> Overall I am very happy with Threataware as a product and it saves a lot of time from an administrative point of view. They are constantly innovating and bringing newly requested features so I look forward to seeing what the product transforms into in the years to come.

> **Pros**: Setting up Threat Aware couldn't have been simpler. It's as easy as signing in with your admin account to office 365 portal. Setup literally took minutes. It shows you a great overview of what needs the most focus and you can deep dive into so much information which is so easy to access.

> **Cons**: It would be great if remediation options were available directly from the Threat Aware dashboard but it's currently just used as a monitoring tool.
> 
> The Threat Aware team have been fantastic every time I have spoken with them, always happy to help with any question about Threat Aware and linking additional tools into the platform. The product itself works well and does exactly what it says on the tin. I can only see this product getting even better over time.
