Very Good. Customer service is an great. I email a question and in a short time I get my answer. In the beginning there was online training by linking computers.
Pros
Program was set up with customer, Job site, and material data was transferred completely. Material data contains thousands of items, all transferred completely.
Programmer was very easy to work with when system was set up
Cons
No ability to sort job sites. Company is working on an update

That it can be customized to your business. Most programs I looked at would not do that.
Cons
Sometimes getting changes done takes longer then I would like.

Having invoicing and scheduling in one platform reduced data entry as well being able to had to the schedule without having to recreate each job.
Cons
