> **Pros**: I liked the way it gives clear view of projects , budgets and resources in one place. timesheet is very simple to use and helps in tracking hours easily. Also good for planning future work and avoiding over booking of people.

> **Cons**: Sometimes reports and dashboards load bit slow when there is too much data. The design also can be more modern , but still manageable. In the start also there was small learning curve.
> 
> Overall my experience is good. Before we were using Excel and manual tracking , which was confusing. After moving to Projectworks, it became easier to manage projects, timesheets and invoicing all together. Team collaboration improved and we saved lot of time. Some small bugs and slow landing happens sometimes but not a big issue.

> **Pros**: Projectworks gets time tracking, expense reporting and internal resource planning together. We were using multiple tools for that before. Onboarding new clients is now easier as well.

> **Cons**: It doesn't have a native Zoho Books integration, so we have to sync our data manually. Zapier is an option for that but would cost us extra.
> 
> Time tracking in Projectworks alongside project budgets has been great for us. It helps us see where we spend our time and how profitable it stays. Much better than the mess we were in before, losing billable hours without even realizing it.
