View status of all tickets with a click of a button. Tickets presented in a nice format. Program is user friendly. The Customer Service at Tracflo is phenomenal\! Always able to assist and takes our system improvement ideas seriously. The team will meet you ONSITE to set you up on Tracflo. TRACFLO IS A GAME CHANGER
