> **Pros**: Great alternative to doing in-person recruitment. Love the new video option and how the booths can be customized. Easy to use and train staff, employers and jobseekers on.

> **Cons**: Some issues with video. The resume button pops up no matter if they have a resume uploaded or not which was very confusing for employers. Chat box is too little on the jobseeker’s side.  Develop a better way to see what job seekers and employers are online. Also a better way to communicate with multiple staff from a company.
