> Overall have been very happy with the product.  Managers and field personnel have been much happier with this product than our previous solution.  The ability to upload additional project docs for the crew is nice.  We don't use the job tracking info as much as we should but seems to work well.

> **Pros**: Having a platform to track employees and jobs all in one place has been great. The timekeeping aspect puts the accountability on the employees to enter their own hours. The easy accessibility allows everyone to see the schedule at any given time from the field. Creates overall better communication between the office and field.

> **Cons**: No real complaints. Small glitches or suggestions that I send to their IT department always get fixed and implemented.
> 
> Overall experience has been great. I do not know how we operated pre-Console\! Staff have been great to work with and very helpful in answering any/all questions that I have had.
