> **Pros**: The Price Spider support team has gone over and above to make sure the software is capable of supporting the flexibility we need in our business.   We have presented challenges to them on several occasions and they have worked to find a solution to meet our requirement with quick response time.

> **Cons**: The reporting module, Insights, does not allow for adhoc data extraction.  All dashboards are predesigned and limits the end user from extracting data based on selected key field values for quick answers to business questions.

They have partnered with us for 3 project launches to increase our presence within the ecommerce world; making sure our WTB data was accurate and ready to go, on-time for launch.
