Integration using Zapier would be difficult due to the large number of variables in our document set. When Hotdocs priced itself out of the market for small businesses we reviewed all available replacements. Our software handles the "intake" and walks our clients through the decision-making process required in a divorce. From there, we needed to transmit the collected data - via API - into the preformatted documents using conditional logic to include/exclude certain sections and to fill out the "forms". Even though Knackly's API was in its early days, it was far superior to the others we looked at.
