New staff learn the software quickly. The checks and balances in the system help us meet all the home health care regulations and maintain compliance with physician orders. Upgrades are deployed automatically and we do not have to maintain a server. We can fax directly out of the system and receive faxes directly into the medical record for efficiency. > > **Cons**: The company continues to make developments and add new features and capabilities.
