About Circuit
Circuit is a web-based delivery management software, which helps businesses create optimal routes, manage drivers, and maintain client communication through email or SMS. Features include route renaming, dispatching, real-time updates, and data import and export.
Circuit lets supervisors handle multiple delivery operations by allocating drivers to appropriate destinations, swapping routes according to driver’s preferences, and scheduling deliveries based on priorities. Using Circuit, managers can track the progress of drivers in real time, record their stops, and measure estimated arrival times (ETAs) for later deliveries. Customers can use the package tracker functionality to determine the location of goods using the tracking number provided by the online store or courier company.
Workers can collect proof of delivery by adding recipient names, signatures, and photos at every stop. Drivers can view instructions provided by recipients through the note sharing feature. Circuit also enables businesses to monitor ongoing routes for inefficiencies and plan them based on specific constraints such as vehicle capacity, time window, fleet size, and more.

Circuit has helped our staff have a one stop program for scheduling and reporting eta's to customers. It has hugely benefited our entire staff and customers alike. We are thankful for it.
Pros
This routing software has a clean, intuitive interface that runs quickly and smoothly. It helps the delivery crew accurately report delivery status as well as helping the sales staff to make much more informed decisions as to scheduling. I am confident that there are many deliveries that would not have happened without this software.
Cons
Recently a "save changes" step was added after "re-order all/changed stops". This extra click is easy to miss and has resulted in a few inaccurate routes when a browser was closed/computer restarted. Though, we are now on the lookout for that.

Circuit functionality greatly enriches our business process and we have had wonderful experience with their customer support! In addition, they are very strong in communicating new functionality when it becomes available, which we appreciate.
Pros
Given the ease of import data, we are able to manage our weekly delivery route with accuracy and appropriate automated communication with our customers!
Cons
The most useful feature missing for our use would be the ability to change the order of stops manually. The "make first" and "make last" functionality is useful but needs further development in allowing to select the order of the stops and opting out of the optimization of route option!

Overall Circuit has been a big help in our business. We can all see what has been routed so far from our separate computers and can get routing answers for our customers quickly.
Pros
The visual map that is created after inputting a route helps me know if we can add more stops to that day or not.
Cons
There are several steps that seem unnecessary what adding a stop to the route. In Google maps you can manually adjust the route to fit your town or truck and you cannot do that in Circuit.
