> **Cons**: The customer support team was NOT helpful.  One told me they had never been on the platform.  Would take my questions and email me later after they could ask the developer.  But never actually sent me answer or provide the help to fix a problem or answer the questions.

> AWFUL.. After several very frustrating months, we began searching for a new platform that would better support a law firm in AMERICA.  We have found another platform to use for our time tracking, billing, client support and payment. Have slowly moved off the platform and will be cancelling before your annual renewal.

> **Cons**: The integration with LawPay could be better.  There have been times that the payment links sent with the invoices via email did not work.  Also, when sending the invoices through Lawbillity, there is no option to pay via eCheck, whereas if I send the invoices directly through LawPay, my clients can pay via eCheck.
