> **Pros**: I like Innago because it has multiple functions included in one app. Applications, lease tracking, backgrounds and Maintenace all in one spot.

> **Cons**: I wish there were additional payment recording options. Multiple tenants use cashapp, Venmo etc. Cash, check, etc are the only options.

> **Pros**: Developing a custom lease agreement, fillable forms, e-signature, best of all this is free and makes the tracking of leases, payments, security deposit refunds, and overall financial tracking easy.

> **Cons**: Lease signing from a phone is not possible or it prompts to do so from a computer. This adds a delay to my process of signing the lease. 

Inability to upload expenses or create invoices from a file, i.e, I wish there was a way to upload multiple expenses from a simple text or csv file.

> I am beyond impressed and extremely happy with the experience so far on Innago. The website is very well organized, it is easy to add new tenants, edit/modify/create invoices, keep track of the finances, use filters in the income/expense sections to focus on any particular tenant/timeframe/type/etc.  I have explored various features over the past few months, and really the only thing I was surprised by, and maybe that is just good to be aware of,  is the inability to sign a lease from your phone, it can only be done on the website. The positives and benefits of Innago far outweigh this one downside. I cannot imagine moving to a different platform.  To top it off, not a single complaint from any of the tenants so far.  I expect the software will help me find information much more easily when it comes to filing our tax returns.

> **Pros**: I like that Innago is free and think it's a reasonably well-working platform. I appreciate the rent tracking and rent collection tools, especially the fact that they process the payments without charging us anything. The initial setup of Innago was very easy, and I would recommend it 10 out of 10 for anyone who's looking for a free resource.

> **Cons**: Sometimes it's hard to sign into the system. Sometimes it won't allow us to get into the platform. Also there is a challenge that they only allow one super admin who can add new users.
> 
> We are very happy with using it since it is free. It is a great resource for single landlords or people just starting out.

> **Cons**: Innago has hiccups.  Sometimes the billing messes up or the payments are skewed.  I have to call them about 6 times a year.

> It's been a great experience thus far.  Good customer experience.  They are prompt and willing to do the work to get the job done.
