It's by far the easiest tool when it comes to finding a template that checks all the boxes and has really easy customizability. Great to use too if you're not familiar with legal terms - they have great explanations of when to include certain clauses.

> **Cons**: If you start to prepare your document without creating an account, it sends your document to your email address and give you an option that you can create an account. But when you create an account, your document isn't in your account completely. It's draft mode and you need to create your document again if you want to find it in your account later.

> **Pros**: Avodocs helps create legal documents super fast and simple. It only asks you the most important questions regarding your documents and takes care of the rest on its own.
There's a big variety of documents one can create, I've found everything I needed.
If you're a startup and probably don't have money for lawyers, Avodocs should be the software of your choice. It's super cheap (or even free if you don't need a lot of documents) and it covers every legal issue a startup may face.

> **Cons**: I couldn't edit the generated document inside the Avodocs. Even though the document is perfect from the legal point of view, my contractors wanted to add some specific details just for the document to match their "legal style".
But of course that's not that big of a problem as you can edit the generated document in Word afterwards.
