> **Cons**: The communication system is unable to adapt and integrate to calendars or layouts like alot of email / calendar functions can with Microsoft teams and outlook etc. There needs to be some more capability to add pictures and change the layouts or use external applications to send information but record on personnel profiles.

As a first time use from Mentee to Program coordinator in a new role, my Contact \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] made my experience all the more efficient.
