> Resova made it very easy to implement in our large organization and supported us throughout the whole process. They are constantly working to improve the product, keeping our business competitive with its functionality. When compared to other major booking softwares, Resova is unmatched in price and variety of features. There are a few small hiccups (certain settings, UI navigation, integrations) that we have to work around (as with any out-of-the-box software), but they're far outweighed by the pros. Can't recommend it enough.

> **Pros**: Incredibly flexible reservation \& event solution\! We use it for it's standard application (Escape Rooms) but we have also pushed the boundaries of what it was originally designed for and been able to make it fit practically our every need\! Customer support is so fast and helpful and willing to work with us on feature requests \& any bugs that come up. We have seen increased revenue, increased book rates, and a boost in my personal efficiency since making the switch to Resova.

> **Cons**: Some of the personalization settings for booking site \& embedded booking portal can be a little confusing to navigate / customize. But the custom CSS on the booking site is a big add too.
