> **Pros**: Ayant utilisé par le passé des solutions comme GoToWebinar ou Livestorm, Webikeo se démarque par son accompagnement en génération de leads et une configuration simple des webinars. Le back-office fonctionne sans accroc et regroupe simplement la configuration des webinars à venir, les statistiques, le paramétrage de la chaîne...
Le client care est très réactif et apporte des suggestions d'améliorations au niveau du ciblage, des textes etc.

> **Cons**: Le plus gros manquement pour moi est l'intégration Hubspot. Même si il est possible de faire la liaison avec des API tierces pour synchroniser les données, il manque une véritable intégration native pour avoir des données exhaustives des participants et inscrits au même endroit et voir l'évolution de leur cycle de vie.

Au niveau des sessions en live en elles-mêmes, les fonctionnalités sont un peu trop limitées, comme p.ex le fond d'écran de webcam qui ne peut pas se changer. J'imagine que cela est dû au fonctionnement dans un navigateur uniquement (ce qui a ses avantages et inconvénients comparé à une solution qui peut se télécharger en application).

> **Cons**: l'interface est complète mais aussi difficile pour s'y retrouver. La Gestion des CTA est très éloignée d'une gestion par webinar, pas la même entrée, pourtant on pourrait l'associer aux campagnes / UTMs par exemple. Pas évident de trouver les bonnes features au début. Mais c'est complet.Difficulté importante : la segmentation. On retrouve ce problème dans les exports. Secteurs et fontions peuvent parfois être confondues ce qui n'aide pas au traitement des leads post event.
