It is not user friendly, and you must have instruction to use it. The fact that I have to right click and select "view dental chart" to open a patient's chart is ridiculous. Why make it so many steps?\! Just let me double click on the appointment to open the chart\! CareStack caters to front office while leaving the providers in the dust. As a provider, my time is limited and valuable with each patient - why create so many obstacles when trying to complete a task? One of my favorite features is the claims process, it’s very easy to manage and has saved me a lot of time compared to what I was used to. The dashboard is another huge win for the office. Being able to quickly see who still needs paperwork, who has outstanding balances, and what needs attention has made staying organized so much easier. Overall, it’s helped us work more efficiently and stay on top of things without feeling overwhelmed.
