Its easy to navigate and has made front office work more streamline by outsourcing our claims posting through the CareRevenue team. We are able to complete more tasks from one window, without having to jump between scheduler and leger to check out a patient. There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to our transition from Dentrix. The workflows are very different, but our team is adapting pretty well. Our trainers Caroline and Ayisha were so helpful, and very attentive during our onboarding meetings. They answered our questions, were very patient and helped us to understand the analytics side of Carestack.
