T.M.A.S. (Traffic Management & Analytics Software) is a complete People/Visitor Counting analytic SaaS platform designed to help retail stores, libraries, places of worship, amongst others to monitor, calculate, and manage visitor traffic and real-time occupancy to their location(s).

It includes our SMS Storetraffic iOS and Android App, which seamlessly connects to T.M.A.S. and allows users to monitor their traffic from anywhere, at any time.

A specialized package is available for Retailers looking to count & act on their store's traffic. The package adds features such as POS Integration, Retail KPI (Conversion Rate, Staffing Levels, etc...) reporting, dashboards, Key Selling Periods analysis, and our Retail Equation Simulator tool helps to understand and plan in-store sales improvement. The available integrations are Lightspeed, Square, Shopify POS, Vend, Netsuite, Quickbooks, and Heartland Retail.

T.M.A.S. and the SMS Storetraffic App connects to the SMS Storetraffic’ smart People Counters, such as the Wireless PEARL or the 3D SCOPE II camera.

Pros

Very easy to set up and the data is instant. The PEARL allows us to get instant data and track traffic patterns based on day and time. It also gives us a sense of what advertising campaigns are driving consumers into our stores.

Great people counters that are simple to set up. The TMAS software has a bit of a learning curve with terminology, like many online software systems, but after the initial configuration most of this can be automated, like sending reports automatically by email.

Pros

Lots of features, and powerful options. Multiple users with roles and permissions, flexible reports that have lots of options. Automated email reports are fantastic.

Cons

Interface was not as intuitive as it could be, between the sections, and the buttons needed to click to run reports. Having the viewable time range not be on the export screen is a little unintuitive.

SMS Store Traffic Software Does The Job.

Great experience, no sweat, no effort, does the job!

Pros

Despite to have scheduled traffic reports to be e-mailed in daily basis, sometimes upper management requires me to provide them reports to analyze stores traffic and sales, all what I have to do is tap into the SMS portal, there I can find and get all the data in one place, and provide them the information in a timely manner.

Cons

None that I can think at this time, however, for the experience I have using this software, I doubt there are any cons.
