> **Pros**: The customer service is so helpful no matter what time of the day. Like how it sends out invoices and can send out reminders.  Easy for me to set up auction and for people to use.

> **Cons**: I don't know of any cons I would list. I understand why a small fee has to charged to keep the site free.

> Have used this platform for a silent auction for over 4 years once it was not possible for me to have it in person. It is fun to watch the bidding wars when it is getting ready to close.  

Tip:  I started using reusable bags to put my auction items in if possible. That way it is easy for pick up and no one uses baskets anymore\!\!

> **Pros**: Easy to navigate and set-up. Platform looked great from a user perspective. Had multiple options set-up for raising money on the night - live auction, silent auction, raffle and donations.

> **Cons**: As we didn't budget for full assistance setting up and it was my first timing using the platform, I did miss some items that should have been done before the event, but nothing critical and I'm aware of how those should be set for the next event that requires a platform like this.

The auction closed early on the night (could have been a timezone problem as we were in a different state), so would make it a manual close next time to avoid any potential error.

I was nervous on the night being a first time user, but it went smoothly. Great investment for a slick charity auction\!
