About HealthArc

HealthArc is a remote patient monitoring (RPM) and chronic care management (CCM) software designed for hospitals, independent practices, group practices, and accountable care organizations (ACOs). The HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform facilitates communication between patients and health care providers via chats, audio, or video calls.

Patients can use HealthArc’s mobile applications to view scheduled appointments, track pending tasks, and manually add test results on the portal. It provides a dashboard, which enables clinicians to access clients’ information from the database and generate summary reports related to alerts, messages, notes, or other recorded data. Doctors can also use customizable templates to create personalized care plans for hypertension, diabetes, congestive heart failure, and other physical ailments.

HealthArc offers integration with various electronic health records (EHR) applications, such as EPIC, NextGen, and more. Health professionals can collect, track and monitor patients’ vitals using the Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved medical devices. It also lets physicians receive automated notifications when results are not updated on the portal.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to use the software. The learning curve is practically 5 minutes and makes our job so easy with the exceptional customer support that they offer.

Cons

I recalled them from an initial cold call that one of their executives made and it was tough to find them on the web but once we did... it was definitely worth the effort.

My overall experience has been great. Customer support is very easy to get in touch with and speak to and everything is going very well.

Pros

I love that it’s very fast and very user friendly. Speed is a big thing for me as other platforms I have used unfortunately lag and it just hurts my performance during the day.

Cons

There’s honestly nothing I don’t like about the software so far. Everything looks great!
