Pros
This application with an associated mobility system, allowed to reduce costs associated with consumables, working time and increase the capacity and speed of response in all our inspection processes. It also made it possible to integrate the billing system, increasing the autonomy of the technician throughout the process. Over the years, the company has followed the evolution of the business and met the requirements of the inspection business. It has been very important to maintain a relationship of trust with this partner.

Pros
Dashboard and reporting were customized as per our requirement. Even the changes from our original requirements were purused positively by the shlok team.
Mobile version is simple and easy to use even for the beginners.
Cons
The task report sentence alignment need to be revisited. The extra space / Tab / page down features not taken into consideration during reporting. This requires attention as it greatly impact the aesthetic value of the auto generated report.
