About Timezynk

Timezynk is a cloud-based online scheduling platform that allows employees and managers to manage schedules, time reporting, payroll, and booking requests. With mobile and desktop capabilities, users can manage scheduling operations from any location.

For employees, Timezynk provides the tools to easily report time and fulfill booking requests from anywhere and any time. Work schedules are always available on mobile and desktop devices. For additional shifts, employees can requests new work assignments with just a single click. Timezynk can be access from Android, iPhone, PC, Mac and tablets.

For managers, Timezynk can handle scheduling requests and approval workflows to control assignments for shift gaps. Timezynk will send booking requests to all qualified employees and let them apply, if managers are unsure of who to schedule. All reported time can be summarized in real-time time reports, which can be accessed through the web or on mobile devices. Reminders can be sent to employees to notify them of any corrections for time reporting errors. Timezynk also provides an internal social network that allows colleagues to communication effectively in real-time.

Easy to learn and use. great overview. the app is fantastic. No stress in busy times

We need to keep track of a lot of people on a lot of different jobs on different time...

We need to keep track of a lot of people on a lot of different jobs on different time schedules.
This program does it all. And the app makes it easy for our employees to get all info and say yes and no to jobs suggested to them.
And because we dont have to phone them, but can reach them with a simple "pling" or chat, one person can do 3 persons job.


Integration with other programs was so easy. And the app is the best feature by far.
We can do more work on less time - and without stress because there is no phone constantly ringing.


There are missing some red flags such as when you ask for all hours or possible invoicing for a particular period, it does not warn you if you have a day or a person outside of the period you are asking for. You get what you ask for and thats it.
But simple manual procedures has taken care of that for us.
